Cash Management & Forecasting (South)

Cash Management & Forecasting (South)

Join us at The Clayton Hotel in Cambridge for a day of bespoke training for heritage organisations on the subject of finance and business management. This training is being delivered as part of our Heritage Compass training programme, which we have decided to open up to the wider heritage sector – you will join our current programme participants for a day of wider connection, discussion and learning.

The objective of this workshop is to equip the participants with tools and techniques to help them understand how their business is currently performing from a financial perspective and steer them towards building systems and processes to actively manage their business as they deliver their plans on a day-to-day basis.

The training will be led by Gill Thewlis, an executive and business coach; leadership developer; and strategy consultant. She has 20 years experience in commercial banking and financial services.

All participating heritage organisations should match the Heritage Compass criteria:

  • Based in England
  • Less than £1 million in turnover
  • Be either a Start-Up; Registered Charity; CIO; CIC; Social Enterprise; B Corp or Not-For-Profit.

We’re delighted to present this day of training alongside our partners at Creative United.
